STEP ONE MAKE AN ACCOUNT
This is the first time where using the form (For a group rp setting) You can rp there rather on images if you want to from now on.
if you don't want to use the form post here but its a test for battle roleplays with a large group. (thought this is not a battle)

Festival of Windereve: Their is a two week period where all the shops are closed and the community gives out food, song, dance, and festive. During this time you can show your appreciation for someone, non romontic or Romantic the difference is in the days you give it to.

During the first weak its non Romantic however the second weak is for couples. You may show respect, or fondness, sometimes romance develops during this said time period, as wooing and gift giving are often given out. Their are fire works, and gift exchange, and special dances held during this duration.

You can also use this time to remember a loved one you lost by cleaning their grave site, or sitting in their favorite spot.

It is traditional for someone who is admiring another either for Romance, or just really likes them to give them hand made objects usually made out of stone or word. Or to make some sort of bracelet however modern days some decide to purchase said items.

Windereve Rules:
-You may duel or  challenge another male for combat
-It is very rare for females to challenge another male/female
-Lots of purposal are often given out during this time
-Emotions run high during Windereve
-Young children are usually only around during the first week
-Windereve is held in Errifica (City) Of Iffica (Country) 

Offspring:
-No babies, infants can breed, must age your pet to at least teenage, adult
-During Windereve it can be from one to three, to two, to five, max is six, You get to pick one. And the owner of the other gets to pick one, the others may be available for quest prizes or for the designer to pick from.
-You may pick age and gender, unless gender is already picked.
-Some might come out as random colors
-Might come out as random breeds no way to control this

Marriage Licences:
-Must write their marriage ceremony
-Must draw the item they exchange
-Must be an adult
-Those with multiple forms must choose one form to breed
-You may have hybrids
-or pure adopts (It's random)

-They allow either owner of said adopt to breed without asking for permission from said owner (You need permission before doing this) Say Player A and Player B Decide to become life mates, however Player B leaves and has a dead account.
-Marriage Licence holders can breed for said adopt generally depending on species
This is how it works, one for owner, one for other owner, and one for club, however with this the request may pick two or what not. One must always be for the club, could be used for breeding, quest prize or to be sold.
-During Windereve any admin will make the pups
-how outside of Windereve you may make pups all restricted species designs must be approved before having owners. (Remember hybrids are not as strict) 
-Dragons can take part(And are GREATLY ENCOURAGED) No dragon has breed eva!
-Palandorians can take part (But remember they breed for life, thought they can be tricked by a villain) 
-Usually Ificans only breed for a breeding season(Those who do this cannot have a marriage Licence and are not able to breed the same way) These are cannon

out side that you must ask for permission Also if you want a breeding from two of my NPC that's allowed as well just ask!
