From Japanese 清 (kiyo) "pure, clean" or 聖 (kiyo) "holy" and 子 (ko) "child".
Gender: Female
Age: Adult
Personality: She is very smart, manipulated and coy she likes to throw her peicies out and likes to take command. She is very strict and will do what ever it takes to get what she wants. She has no interested in hurting anyone that isn't in her way however. But that dose not mean she wont kill you if you won't get out of the way.  Kiyoko has harmed several innocent people including knights.

-Once she's made up her mind it takes a lot to change it.

Kiyoko has a strong sense of self justice and heavily believes in North's goals, she hates it when anyone disputes North's goals or claims, he deserves to get back w hat he lost. North has promised to help bring back someone she lost, so she agreed to help him. Kiyoko has been with North the longest and is most loyal to him, she will do anything he says and puts up with his talking. She hates his dramatics and would prefer to fight rather then to talk. She likes to make her sword do the talking she likes to fight worthy opponents.

Kiyoko is not a fan with how North deal's with things and can get annoyed with him easily however she might actually deep down fear North a bit thought she'd never admit it at any point. Kiyoko dose what North want's her to do and see's her self as a solider on a mission, she is very protective over her team and even states wanting revenge for her comrade Ichirou however if they'll succeed he'll never have died. She has stated on multiple occasions wanting revenge for his death. 

Back Ground: Not much is known about where she came from, she appeared one day to knock Tessa out with her cronies and used them to fight Dunkel however they disappeared during a battle before things could go bad.

She and her gang tried to steal the Baby dragon and took Tessa hostage, she also used her powers and organized the attack on Palandora, that killed many. She also can control the mechanical beasts that attacked Ifica. She is the head of the snake so to speak, what she wants and what kind of deal and the reason for following North is unknown. She gives her species a bad name. And is known for her tenacity and cold hearted thinking.

Kiyoko has gravely hurt Chilkin who knows if he'll survive she has also hurt Obsidian's arm to the point where it sub-stained long term damage, however she's also got her own injuries which I forgot to draw on her. She has a scratch on her face that she got from Migard who wounded her, since then she's become obsessed with settling the score between them. She is unaware of the relationship between Migard and Obsidian. 

Kiyoko will do what ever it takes including kidnapping dragon eggs, others building cages, she's basically Norths underling if he want's something done he'll send Kiyoko to do it. It was Kiyoko who kidnapped Tessa, (at Norths command, and North's wife and pups) Dusk, Shadow, Locke and Ruby, Kiyoko was there with Obsidian and Sarine learned the truth about what happened. Witnessed Zolzars death. (Not Zoltar)

Elements- The Strength of the bond, and how many quests you do, if you draw them they get more abilities each time you do something with them.

Abilities:

Natural Abilities-

"Blinding Light-razor" the bulb on the end of her tail glows brightly (color varying with ability) blinding the opponent. while the enemy is immobile, jabs them with a blade made of light. does 25-40 damage

"Fluff Guard" the fur on their bodies serves as a natural shield to ward against attacks. (ability always active) 

"Drazird Barrage" a strange power envelopes them, effect unknown. 

"Spiral Dive." Adults charge out of the sky and attack's an opponent does, 20-30 damage

"Summoning Tool," Can summon mechanical beasts/ allies/ War Beasts. 

"Magic Brush," Summons a glowing brush to aid them into painting a barrier that can redirect an attack doing double the damage. (Unless defence is higher then hers) 

Magic Claw- Slashes out with a magic claw that may turn an adoptable into something else. Depends how it's used, also when its used, this dose 15-25 damage.

"Star Fire," Blasts with dark blue to black fire with silvery star like shapes this can cause the enemy to get an illness, sometimes it can or cannot be cured. 

"Mystic Magic Flames," Burns with yellow to gold flames that may do randomly, paralyze, do other things to an enemy.
