These creatures eat oysters, sea weed, vegetables, fruit, candy, and can prey on fish they paralyze said fish with an electric blast  
owns the original I wasn't sure if i was going to make these guys a species or not but they have potential haha So Ill let Dragonap pick rarity!

"Run Away" If an enemy bites his/her tail he can release it and swim away to freedom it takes two or three days to regrow his tail again. 
(Natural Ability)

"Electric Blast," Blasts a foe with your choice of electric energy it dose 10-15 damage and can do even more damage as attack increases, based on attack stat, if speed is higher then foe will paralyze an enemy.

"Swift Boost," Can attack twice in a row of speed is lower then an enemy doing random amounts of damage however this cannot be used in recession.
